1.) Thorougly pre-inspect all areas to be serviced
2.) HEPA vaccum all areas to remove dry soils that damage fibers
3.) Pre-spot all stains that involve added color
4.) Apply pre-spray and soil conditioner
5.) Agitate conditoner into fiber
6.) Emulsify and rinse soiled carpets
7.) Neutralize and extract.
8.) Apply dry soil retardant (carpet protector)
9.) Grooming in Protector
